Andy came out for our most recent visit to install a new HVAC component and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. He was professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the installation process clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running properly before leaving.

We called on Marcus once again because we thought the rubber gaskets in the toilet were old and needed replaced since we were getting gray water in the toilets. Marcus looked at the toilets, and the water, and said it has nothing to do with the gaskets. It was the carbon filter we had put on when we got our new hot water tank. The carbon filter on the water filter system had cracked and was leaking carbon. Because the toilets have standing water, the carbon was settling there. Marcus took the water carbon filter off and ordered us a new one. He will bring it out next week and replace it. Great diagnosis work.

Wenbrooke Services is FAST! From a call placed last Tuesday, to a visit and quotes provided on Wednesday, deposit provided on Monday, to a rip and replace of the furnace and AC the next day. Everyone at Wenbrooke was a joy to work with and the install team of Thomas and Andrew were top-notch. They left the worksite clean and walked me through every part of the new system.

Jeff is the man! He has serviced the furnace and air conditioner in the past as part of our service contract. Jeff is honest and is straight up, never pushy. He tells you what the unit needs and how to improve your system. He tells you whether something is worth it it and what isn’t. I look forward to working with Jeff in the future.

Wenbrooke was very friendly and professional installing our water heater, HVAC, and repairing our outdoor lighting. We use them for our church so I already knew about their great work. They get right to work and discuss anything outside the scope of their work that they find. They are not pushy and are willing to work with you. If you don’t already have a HVAC, electrical, or plumbing company, I highly suggest Wenbrooke. You won’t be disappointed.
