Most "tune-ups" are 15–30 minute visits where the bare minimum is done to your furnace. A Brooketacular Treatment typically takes 60–90 minutes (or more, depending on what we find) and includes:
Full interior cleaning of your furnace, not just the filter, which means up to 25% greater energy efficiency, fewer breakdowns, longer furnace life, and more comfort for your home.
Advanced safety inspections, including Hydroscan heat-exchanger checks when applicable
Duct & attic inspection with photos emailed to you
Water heater safety check included as a bonus

Deep Cleaning & Furnace Rehab
We don't just open the panel, peek inside, and leave. Your Brooketacular tech:
- Removes and cleans the blower assembly (the "lungs" of your system)
- Cleans the burner manifold and flame sensor so your furnace lights reliably
- Vacuum-cleans the interior of the furnace cabinet, decks, vents, and platform
- Checks for: Rust, water damage, or scorching
– Combustible materials too close to the unit
– Flue vent issues or improper return air sizing
You'll see before-and-after photos so you can actually see what you paid for — and how much cleaner and safer your system is afterward.
Whole-Home Airflow, Duct & Attic Inspection
Your furnace can't perform if your ductwork and attic are working against it. As part of the Brooketacular Treatment, we:
- Inspect the return air for proper size and leakage
- Check the duct system connections (plenums, boots, start collars, TYs)
- Measure insulation depth and assess overall attic conditions
- Take multiple photos and email them to you while we're in the attic
- Look for: Air leaks that waste energy
– Damaged or poorly insulated ducts
– Signs of moisture problems
– Flue vent issues (where applicable)
Then we sit down with you and review the actual photos — pointing out what's good and what could be improved. No guessing. No "trust us."
Water Heater Safety Check (Included)
Because your comfort system isn't just the furnace, we also perform a 7-step visual inspection of your water heater as part of your Brooketacular Treatment. We:
- Check general condition and safety
- Place a Wenbrooke service sticker so you know who to call next time
- Show you what we see and answer questions
This is an extra layer of protection — at no additional charge.
Smart Tech: Camera Inspection & Precision Readings
Hydroscan clam shell heat exchangers (when applicable) or use cameras/mirrors to inspect others
Check gas pressure with a manometer to ensure it's within manufacturer specs
Measure static pressure to verify proper airflow
Test the flame pattern for safe, stable operation
Check for carbon monoxide in the airstream
Verify ignitor condition, motor amps, and controls
Clear and test the condensate drain and pump, including inspection-camera views of the evaporator coil
All readings are documented, turning data into clear insights about your system's overall health.
