Wenbrooke Services sent out a technician the very next day after I submitted a request. I received an email letting me know exactly who would be showing up to do the work. Marcus was awesome. He was prompt and very communicative on each aspect of the work. The pricing was as expected. No surprises once he got into the job. I love how quickly everything was taken care of (same day diagnosis and repair) and I appreciate that Wenbrooke guarantees their work. Highly recommend.

Sep 27, 2024 Derek came to replace a bad damper motor. He was out in about 15 minutes. Derek is always professional and provides explanations for the customer.Sep 19, 2024 Derek corrected a damper control issue yesterday, and installed an air scrubber/cleaner today. Derek’s professionalism and knowledge were reassuring and we can’t wait to have the system operating as designed. Thanks Derek and Wenbrooke!We just had Jamie perform some work to fix our heat pump water heater, and replace our sump pump with new unit and a battery backup. Everything was done well, and cleaned up, and we definitely have a bit more peace of mind now. Thanks!Jorge and company just installed our second, complete Heat Pump unit (indoor and out). The job went quickly and professionally. A challenge was even noted from the unit installed the previous year, and it was scheduled for correction. Great job by Jorge, and the entire Wenbrooke team!Derek was out for our bi-annual service call yesterday. Unfortunately, we confirmed the need to replace our second unit. The process of having to make such a large purchase was mitigated by the professional and courteous attitude of Derek and everyone at Wenbrooke. Pablo got to work quickly, was very friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient.Pablo was thorough in his inspection, and was very patient in his explanation of the system, and what he was finding. The preparation that went in before the work started was fantastic. The work site was kept clean, there was no disruption while I worked from home, and the work was done even faster than expected. When finished, Jorge showed me the system, gave a quick tutorial, and every bit of the job site was cleaned as if nothing had occurred.We are extremely happy with the products, AND the service from Wenbrooke. This time Kris was the wonderful technician that came for the service requirements. Very competent and friendly. I give him top ratings. 👍👍Both Kyle, for electrical and Ayden, for heating unit were here and as usual left me a very satisfied customer. They are both very competent, professional and friendly. Even my cat likes them. I will be asking for them again when I need service abd will recommend both Kyle abd Ayden to my neighbors.

Part II …I had an urgent request for a new garbage disposal installation. Benny G. arrived as promised, completed the install and efficiently checked all other pipe connections under the sink. I appreciate that Wenbrooke worked with my schedule and Benny G. was professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you!Part I…Tom J. , electrician with Wenbrooke arrived with a smile and was very polite and professional. He attentively listened to my issue and explained options for repairing switches that we discovered were wired incorrectly. I am ecstatic to have this issue resolved.
