Todd was timely, pleasant and explained everything in detail. He answered all of my questions and spent time finsing the best option and price for us.

This was my first time using Wenbrooke services as we just moved into their service area. We chose them because of the great reviews. They didn't disappoint, Trevor reviewed our electric panel & receptacles & made us aware of things that needed our attention but was not trying to "sell" us services. Jorge reviewed our furnace & recommended a safety concern that we decided wasa priority & agreed to have it done. The scheduling was prompt & easy. We would highly recommend these technicians & wenbrooke.

Chris was excellent. Explained everything that was needed and did a temporary fix today to stop the leak but more extensive work is needed in the future. My husband has dementia and Chris was very patient to repeat things so my husband could understand what was going on. We will definitely want Chris to do the additional work in the future.

Trevor from Wenbrooke conducted an electrical inspection of the home. He was thorough in checking electrical panels, outlets and light switches. He submitted a quote for whole home surge protection and requested another for the installation of a Generlink automatic transfer switch. He was timely and thoughtful about his work.

Jamie from Wenbrooke was very friendly and professional diagnosing our toilets. We use them for our home so I already knew about his great work. They get right to work and discuss anything outside we have nine toilets that are old. He showed me how to make them last, how to replace the easy stuff and other things that were useful. Thank you Jamie for going above and beyond while keeping the price manageable.

8/13: Kevin was polite and knew his job well when he came over to provide an estimate for multiple small jobs. He gave cheaper options and the benefits and costs of higher options. I will request for him when I get the parts and schedule the follow up appointment

9/16: Zachary was very polite and brought along a helper, Eli, who he was training. They did the job quickly, though could not finish the lighting replacement because I had bought the wrong type of bulbs. Did everything else so I just have to put in the new bulbs and replace the cover. Great experience.

I’m very grateful to Jamie from Wenbrooke Services. He came out to address what we thought was a plumbing problem, but after carefully inspecting everything, he determined that the issue was actually electrical. He also took the time to explain how to maintain my systems regularly and help prevent future problems.

What impressed me most was his honesty. Rather than performing unnecessary work, Jamie returned the materials he had purchased, saving me over $2,000. He then connected me with the appropriate department to resolve the electrical issue.

It’s rare to find someone so honest and genuinely committed to doing what’s best for the customer. Jamie is a true professional, and I highly recommend him!

11/12/2024: Zach fixed the electrical set up for our above ground pool. He did a fantastic job and was extremely personable. I really appreciated that he explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I'm sticking with Wenbrooke for all my plumbing and electrical needs .

12/11/2024: Zach and David came out to install electric base board heating in my basement. They did a fantastic job. Very friendly and personable guys. They completed the work efficiently and quickly. Now my basement is nice and toasty warm!

11/4/2025. Jamie fixed all the plumbing that was done incorrectly a few years ago. Including a new hot water heater. The work is great. He was quick but thorough and took the time to explain everything to me - even though he had to dumb it down for me 😉 fantastic experience. I recommend Wenrooke, and Jamie, for any help you need with plumbing.

Kevin takes the time to listen to the customer, (i.e. me) He figured out how to change the circuit my new cooktop without making major holes in my walls. He listened carefully to my problem with smoke detectors and advised which kind I should replace them with so that they would communicate with each other. I like him very much and trust his knowledge and expertise. Also tolerates my rambunctious dogs😊

Great service this morning from Trevor. Arrived on-time and got right to work adding new 220v service. Was done in less than an hour. Tested outlet and made sure we were happy. Super polite and personable guy. Pleasure to deal with. 5-stars.

Todd came to check out the garbage disposal which turned out to be fried and rusted in the inside. He was able to replace the product the same day. He was very patient and explained everything to me which was nice.

Very pleased with the prompt response and service I received. Our Sump pump died in the middle of a storm and our basement flooded. Jamie was able to source a quality replacement and was out within an hour.

We had an emergency leak situation that caused some property damage and our restoration company recommended Wenbrooke to repair the leak and document the issues for insurance. They came out same day and gave us the most cost effective fix to get us through until insurance and clearly documented everything for our insurance and the restoration company. Jamie was the technician and he was very helpful and also explained the membership program to us and how we could use it moving forward to help prevent similar issues in the future for not just plumbing but electric and hvac as well.

Andy was fantastic! He walked me through every step, kept me posted on progress, and respected that I was working remotely during the install. He made sure I knew how to use everything before he left.

I had multiple breakers trip Kevin and Steve arrived within 2 hours of my call. Did a thorough examination of the Electrical panel and fixed the problem. Aug 3, 2026. Kevin, from Wenbrooke’s Electric side, came to install two whole house surge protectors. He was fast and very detailed in his work. Kevin explained all of his work, and answered questions I had on other options.

July 2026, Sara performed our bi-annual service and was amazing. Sara is always professional and explains everything she does, as well as looks at things that may benefit us in the future.

Oct 27, 2025. Sara came to do our bi-annual HVAC service and was Amazing! Sara checked over both systems, checked our humidifier and helped reset one of our digital thermostats to a more logical setting. She explained everything clearly, and was professional and polite. Great experience. We would recommend Sara and Wenbrooke 100%

Sep 27, 2024 Derek came to replace a bad damper motor. He was out in about 15 minutes. Derek is always professional and provides explanations for the customer.

Sep 19, 2024 Derek corrected a damper control issue yesterday, and installed an air scrubber/cleaner today. Derek’s professionalism and knowledge were reassuring and we can’t wait to have the system operating as designed. Thanks Derek and Wenbrooke!

We just had Jamie perform some work to fix our heat pump water heater, and replace our sump pump with new unit and a battery backup. Everything was done well, and cleaned up, and we definitely have a bit more peace of mind now. Thanks!

Jorge and company just installed our second, complete Heat Pump unit (indoor and out). The job went quickly and professionally. A challenge was even noted from the unit installed the previous year, and it was scheduled for correction. Great job by Jorge, and the entire Wenbrooke team!

Derek was out for our bi-annual service call yesterday. Unfortunately, we confirmed the need to replace our second unit. The process of having to make such a large purchase was mitigated by the professional and courteous attitude of Derek and everyone at Wenbrooke. Derek also performed the service for our other unit and did a great job!

Wenbrooke Services performed our first service call since they replaced our HVAC system last April. Pablo got to work quickly, was very friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient.

Pablo was thorough in his inspection, and was very patient in his explanation of the system, and what he was finding. I learned more in one visit with Pablo than I had from 2 years worth of service from our previous provider.

Wenbrooke was a great call, and it is the only call you should make when it comes to HVAC, electrical and plumbing service!

Yesterday, our new HVAC unit ( indoor and outdoor) were installed by Jorge and Gabe. The preparation that went in before the work started was fantastic. The work site was kept clean, there was no disruption while I worked from home, and the work was done even faster than expected. When finished, Jorge showed me the system, gave a quick tutorial, and every bit of the job site was cleaned as if nothing had occurred.

My experience with Wenbrooke Service was amazing from start to finish. I needed a return duct redone, a mini-split installed in my shed, and an outdoor compressor wash-down. Sara came out promptly to provide a quote and was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process.

Sara took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and with great care. During the compressor cleaning, she went over the coils multiple times to remove as much debris as possible from the fins, ensuring the unit would run as efficiently as possible. Her attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out.

Marcus did a great job on our home. We had a leaking tub faucet that was an issue for some time. After having another company out & being told this could turn into a 20k insurance claim we decided to get a second opinion. These guys were honest, gave us a solution that fixed our issue at hand & we also had them do some other work they recommended! Bonus is it was done same day as we are leaving for vacation tomorrow! 100% will use them in the future for any issues.

I asked them to come out to produce an electrical quote for running electric cable to replace a gas stove. They were on time, understanding, and attendant to my concerns. They evaluated the appliance model, and created a plan and a quote. Thus far, it's been a pretty good experience.

Called for AC blowing hot air. Received quick response from Derek and within about 4 hours my Ac was back up and running like new, SAME DAY. Thomas did an excellent job replacing coolant (even while battling some hidden wasp nest and getting stung, sorry about that !) Hvac is such a tough job! Thanks to Derek & Thomas. This is the best hvac company i have ever experienced!

I had a leaky connection to my well holding tank. Todd arrived promptly and replaced the fitting. He double checked the work and everything was fine. He explained the work he did and was pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Wenbrooke.

We called Wenbrooke today about 11:00 am, because our AC system wasn't working well. We had another company service our HVAC system about 2 months ago. That company told us we needed thousands of dollars in services do to being extremely low in freon.

When we called Wenbrooke today, we thought we needed freon. Our service technician today was Andy M. He arrived about 3 PM. He was very courteous and professional. He hooked up his testing equipment to check how our system was operating. He listened to my report of our previous company, and thanked me for the information, but said he would check everything himself. He hooked up his freon tank and started to install freon, checking his gauges for any change. He found that our system was full of all the freon it required, after only being able to install less than 6 ounces of freon. We paid less than $250 for this excellent service on a day with temperatures over 100 degrees.

His conclusion was our system was working correctly and with peak performance. Our previous company told us we needed 3 or more lbs. of freon and possibly needing to replace the entire system.

We are so happy we called Wenbrooke! We would recommend them to all our friends and family. It is so important and reassuring to find an honest company like Wenbrooke.

Sara was absolutely brilliant with her knowledge and explaining it to me on what the issue.

A/C capacitor went out during a heat wave. They came out in less than an hour and fixed the issue! Our technician, Thomas was professional and knowledgeable.

With summer temperatures increasing we noticed our AC was struggling more than usual. Sent out a cry for help around 10pm, and Wenbrooke responded immediately. By 8am Andy was at the house and had us all sorted in less than an hour. Wonderful customer service and responsiveness!

Part I...Tom J. , electrician with Wenbrooke arrived with a smile and was very polite and professional. He attentively listened to my issue and explained options for repairing switches that we discovered were wired incorrectly. I am ecstatic to have this issue resolved. We called on Marcus once again because we thought the rubber gaskets in the toilet were old and needed replaced since we were getting gray water in the toilets. Marcus looked at the toilets, and the water, and said it has nothing to do with the gaskets. It was the carbon filter we had put on when we got our new hot water tank. The carbon filter on the water filter system had cracked and was leaking carbon. Because the toilets have standing water, the carbon was settling there. Marcus took the water carbon filter off and ordered us a new one. He will bring it out next week and replace it. Great diagnosis work. Marcus brought the new filter. He was in and out quickly and efficiently.
We recently had a leak in our bathroom faucet. Marcus came out diagnosed the issue. We bought a new faucet the next morning. He was there to replace it. As always, he was courteous knowledgeable about the job and had a good sense of humor.

They came out to service an old hvac system and gave me the rundown on issues and gave suggestions to move forward. Came back two business days later and installed a new hvac system inside and out. Very responsive and courteous. Would recommend their services.

Kevin arrived shortly after a text saying he was on his way. He helped trouble shoot a problem with the door bell, fixed an outlet that was poorly wired and helped with outdoor light sensor. Very polite and efficient. Thank you!

Wenbrooke Services is FAST! From a call placed last Tuesday, to a visit and quotes provided on Wednesday, deposit provided on Monday, to a rip and replace of the furnace and AC the next day. Everyone at Wenbrooke was a joy to work with and the install team of Thomas and Andrew were top-notch. They left the worksite clean and walked me through every part of the new system.

Since moving into my "new" home, I have needed Wenbrooke for quite a few things the previous owners thought they were competent to do themselves. Might seem silly but I have seen the same two gentlemen each time. I have grown to really like these guys. Not only are they friendly and very likable but they know what they are doing. I know them by name now (that is how many times they have been out to correct issues). I'm sure I could shop around and find different pricing but at this point I see no need. They don't try to over or upsell me. They feel trustworthy. They are very responsive. I like that they are multifaceted with all the system needs of my home (elec, AC, plumbing). I will continue to use them as long as I live in this house.
